1. Shipping : Our standard ground shipping takes from 6 to 10 business days within India. For international orders, we ship via EMS. Generally international shipments take 10-21 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason.

1.) If you receive a wrong or damaged item because of our shipping team mistake, we will refund of your money (excluding shipping), or replace the item, whatever you prefer. 2.) If you change your mind after placing the order and want to return the item for “no significant reason”, you will have to return the item at your own cost to us within 10 days.

Import orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Our products are shipped from India. Because of the complexities and expenses involved in the international shipping, it is not practically possible to recall a package once it leaves.
